For every corporate we work with, we offer a young person with skills necessary to seek and find jobs in the digital economy.

Uwazi has developed a program that equips young people with skills in technology and jobs of the future. The program blends modules from the Salesforce accredited App Developer, Developer I and Developer II courses with skills and behaviours within areas disrupted by consumer technology that will lead to job opportunities such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Blockchain

There is also a strong emphasis on developing wider employability skills required to enter the workplace. Beyond learning, we would like our apprentices to have opportunities to put their newly acquired skills to good use in non-profit organizations.

Every Friday, we will be running a Bootcamp where apprentices learn practical programming skills whilst building commercial facing products on the Salesforce platform.

Successful apprentice will work internally at Uwazi as interns with possibilities for fultime employment or will be placed at one of our many Salesforce customers as part of our Customer Success Program.

Prior experience in IT or programming is not required.
