NSDC Innovations for Skills Challenge 2014 is organized by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and is supported by Managing Partner, Ennovent. As part of this Challenge, we are looking for proposals, which will positively impact and create a multiplier effect in the skill development space. These are defined as enterprises, which have solutions to reduce cost, enable new processes and give a higher impact than any other enterprise in the current skill development space has to offer.

The Challenge aims to identify and invest in 10 to 15 innovative enterprises that are robust and have sustainable models to impact the skills development ecosystem in India.

Proposals must be validated with a proof of concept, and cannot be at the idea stage. All initiatives must have atleast a pilot that has seen some traction along with a scalable business proposition.

• Subsidiary of corporate entities:
• Individual Entrepreneurs with a legal entity
• Not-for-profit (Society Act, Trust Act & Sec 25 Indian Company Act)

• Can be any individual worldwide
• Has to request the nominated company to apply online
