We are excited to announce that our application is open for our September 2018 Cohort! We are looking for ambitious, growth-minded entrepreneurs with businesses that have been operational for at least six months and are ready to scale!

Here’s our offer to entrepreneurs:

• 8-week course on tackling practical business problems (i.e. financial management, product development, sales and marketing, etc.)
• 1-on-1 individualized consulting from in-house business development advisors (8 hours/month)
• Business diagnostic – reviewed quarterly
• Prioritized goals and growth plan
• Access to low-cost debt financing (after 3 months)
• Peer networks, community and business connections

Ongoza’s mission is to work together to develop, structure, and grow youth-led businesses. Our businesses have experienced an average monthly revenue growth of 266%.

After the initial form is submitted, Ongoza will review applications and shortlist candidates for a follow-up site visit.

Entrepreneurs invited to the accelerator will begin with an 8-week course designed to provide the business expertise necessary for growth. Outstanding entrepreneurs will then be selected to progress to the second phase of the accelerator: 10 months of 1-on-1 business advisory support, access to low-cost debt financing, skills workshops, market linkages and networking opportunities with peers, investors, etc.
