Shraddha has over a decade worth of experience supporting enterprises in the private and social sector. She has worked with these enterprises driving a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. In addition, she has strong expertise in client relations, impact evaluation, and financial planning.
Prior to Intellecap, she has advised Grameen America, a MFI lender to women entrepreneurs on its expansion strategy and operations management. Previously, she worked with Medora Ventures, Greyston (a B Corporation), Brooklyn Academy of Music, Camba and Green City Force.
Shraddha spent 5 years at Bloomberg where she led a large team that worked on projects that aimed at increasing Bloomberg’s market share and deepen capital markets by working with central banks, financial market regulatory agencies and financial institutions in South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Shraddha has a B.A. in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, an Masters of Science in Economics from University of Warwick and a Masters in Public Administration from New York University.
